Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Faith Daily: Bible Verse Study mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Faith Daily: Bible Verse Study ("we," "us," or "our").

2. App Usage and Account

Faith Daily: Bible Verse Study is a Bible study app that provides daily Bible verses, faith affirmations, prayer guidance, and spiritual reflection features. You are solely responsible for your use of our App and any spiritual practices you undertake. We encourage you to seek guidance from spiritual leaders or counselors if you have questions about your faith journey.

The App collects anonymous usage data through Firebase Analytics to help us improve the service. For more information about data collection, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

3. Basic Guidelines

When using our App, you agree to follow these guidelines:

  • The App is for personal spiritual growth and educational purposes only
  • Use the App in a respectful manner that honors the sacred nature of the content
  • Find a quiet, peaceful place for prayer and reflection sessions
  • The App is designed to supplement, not replace, traditional Bible study and church attendance
  • Respect the religious content and use it for its intended spiritual purposes
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Do not use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Do not use the App's content for commercial purposes without our written permission

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Our App offers subscription services that provide access to premium Bible study features, extended verse collections, and advanced spiritual growth tools. By subscribing to our services:

  • You agree to pay all fees charged to your account based on the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase
  • We offer monthly and annual subscription options, with prices displayed on the in-app purchase screen
  • Our annual subscription includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current subscription period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • After cancellation, you will still have access to the subscription features until the end of your current subscription period
  • Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Faith Daily: Bible Verse Study and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Faith Daily: Bible Verse Study and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Faith Daily: Bible Verse Study, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Bible verses and religious texts used in the App are sourced from public domain translations or used under appropriate licensing agreements. We respect the sacred nature of these texts and use them solely for educational and spiritual purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will always function without disruptions, delay, or imperfections. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk. The spiritual content provided is for educational and devotional purposes and should not be considered as professional advice.
